Plus-size model Gracie Bon claims Drake ‘sent her a plane’ before she blocked him during secret romance

Panamanian model and influencer Gracie Bon has opened up about her fleeting but emotionally charged “situationship” with none other than hip-hop heavyweight Drake.

She also revealed why she ultimately chose to walk away from the alleged fling.

The influencer sat down for a candid chat on La Casa de Alotoke 2, detailing how a simple “hola” slid into Drake’s DMs during his Certified Lover Boy era in 2020 led to one of the most surreal chapters of her life — a whirlwind that included private jets, festivals, and heartbreak.

It All Started With a “Hola”

“I liked him as an artist,” Bon revealed. “I sent him a message. I said ‘hola,’ and two minutes after, something had happened, we gave each other a follow.”

That two-minute gap would mark the beginning of a rollercoaster connection. According to Bon, the interaction quickly escalated into private conversations and international meetups — all while she was still married.

“I liked him as an artist, and since I sent him a message – I said ‘hola’ – two minutes after something had happened, we gave each other a follow,” she repeated.

Just months later, she says she was divorced and in full-blown “Drake world” mode, describing it as “the most insane moment in my career.”

Champagne Flights and Front Row Fantasy

What started with flirty DMs soon turned into luxury travel and star-studded events. “A plane came for me,” Bon said, claiming Drake sent a private jet to bring her to him — including a trip surrounding his “Drake Nocta” launch.

According to Bon, this wasn’t a shallow fling.

They met in person at the Estéreo Picnic Festival in Colombia in 2022, a moment she says was unforgettable.

“He even sent a plane out to Panama to come looking for me,” she said, claiming that she even met his mother and son during the romance.

“He was very handsome,” she said. “Trustworthy,” and “good.”

But the glamor masked growing cracks beneath the surface. While she was dazzled by the fantasy, she realized the connection lacked something critical.

“He can offer money, luxuries, comforts to you, but he cannot offer true love, true attention to you,” she said.

Locked Down in London

It all came crashing down during a trip to London, when Drake allegedly moved Bon into his hotel and left her feeling sidelined.

“He moved me into the same hotel, left me locked up in there basically… I mean, I came in, I experienced everything… and I’m like, that’s not the guy I idolized.”

The breaking point was a chaotic Wireless Festival afterparty tied to his “Drake Nocta” collab — and a sea of women.

“He had packed the party with women,” Bon recalled. “His motives had been as untamed as needed or whatever I wasn’t ready to discuss on the radio.

“What had happened next killed everything in me,” she confessed. “I blocked him.”

“Luxury Isn’t Love”

While the fairytale seemed picture-perfect from the outside, Bon says the emotional cost was too high.

“I mean, you shouldn’t have been with Drake; that’s not something I am proud of,” she admitted. “I understood it was not my romance, but his.”

The breakup, she says, wasn’t about drama — but about waking up from a fantasy she no longer wanted to live in.

“The romanticised lover is a ghost,” she said. “The private jet is a cage. And the fan is a whistleblower.

“I wanted love, not lifestyle,” Bon explained. “Luxury isn’t love and I wanted more. I wasn’t here for the lifestyle. I wanted something real, and it wasn’t real.”

Unlike many influencers who boast about rubbing shoulders with A-listers, Bon is using her story to issue a warning.

“This is not something I am proud of,” she emphasized. “You think it’s your fairytale and you’re the princess, but you realise it’s not your story. You’re just a chapter in theirs.”

“When I blocked him, that was when I took control of my narrative,” she said. “Sometimes letting go is the only way to win.”

Drake has publicly called the claims “bip cap” in an Adin Ross stream, which means he denies Bon’s version of events.
