Nurses’ Blood Runs Cold The Moment They See Pregnant Mom’s Ultrasound

Alabama Couple Welcomes Miracle Sextuplets After Years of Heartbreak

An Alabama family’s long and emotional journey has turned into a story of hope and joy. Eric and Courtney Waldrop, already parents to three boys, are celebrating the arrival of sextuplets—three boys and three girls—after enduring multiple miscarriages and years of fertility treatments.

Courtney announced the birth with gratitude and awe, writing, “They’re so very little but absolutely perfect.” Just days later, she shared encouraging news that all six babies were off ventilators, calling them “tiny miracles and true fighters.” The newborns—Blu, Layke, Tag, Rawlings, Rayne, and Rivers—have already captured hearts nationwide.

While the babies continue to grow stronger, Courtney has been honest about her own recovery. “My body is still in shock after carrying six babies,” she shared, describing the process as slow but hopeful.

The Waldrops’ story is deeply rooted in perseverance. Middle school sweethearts who married in 2004, they welcomed their first son in 2008, followed by twin boys in 2012 after fertility treatments. Despite further loss, they never gave up.

Now a family of eleven, Courtney looks ahead with faith, writing, “Each day will bring tears and happiness as we watch our babies grow.”
