Nighttime Detox Juice

Introduction

This nighttime detox juice is a natural blend of vegetables and fruits that supports digestion, reduces bloating, and prepares your body for overnight fat-burning. It’s filled with fiber, minerals, and hydration — perfect before sleep.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach leaves (washed)

1/2 cucumber, sliced

Juice of 1 lemon

1-inch piece of ginger (peeled)

1/2 green apple (optional for natural sweetness)

1 cup water or coconut water

A few mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

Wash and prepare all ingredients.

Blend spinach, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, apple, and water until smooth.

Strain the juice if you prefer it smoother (optional).

Drink cold 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
