Let’s get loud.
Jennifer Lopez hosted Monday night’s AMAs 2025 in multiple outfits ranging from a crystal-covered cutout dress to sleek sequined gowns — and showed plenty of skin throughout the night.
She teased what fashion fans could expect from her wardrobe ahead of the show, telling InStyle she was “obviously going to be glam.”
“Some glam, some cool, some chic and elegant, and some sexy, too. All the things that you associate with me and fashion,” she said.
While she’s still Jenny from the Block, the superstar has strict rules when it comes to her performance looks, too.
“It has to go with the number that we’re doing, but also be very functional because I have such athletic dance oriented performances,” she told the outlet. “It’s like, ‘What shoes? What’s going to look nice? It’s going to look fashion-y, but also I can do a flip.’ All of that comes into play.”
And J.Lo hinted that her performance look would be “more futuristic” while the rest of her outfits were “more hostess with the mostess.”
Delivering on her promise, Lopez kicked off the broadcast by dancing, flipping and singing to 23 of today’s top hits while wearing a circuit board-inspired catsuit by Michael Ngo.
She whipped off a semi-sheer black trench coat to reveal the robotic look, which was embellished with crystals from top to bottom.
After her shocking performance — during which she kissed two of her backup dancers — Lopez hit the stage in a plunging silver sequined Miss Sohee Couture gown with a dangerously high front slit. Layered on top was a blue cape with dramatic floral embroidery at the hem.
She later changed into a racy gold metal mesh dress with two hip-high slits, followed by a cobalt sequined David Koma gown with exaggerated hips to introduce Janet Jackson’s much-anticipated performance. (She even carried a bright blue microphone to match.)
Perhaps her wildest look of the night? A bejeweled, barely-there Bronx and Banco dress — aptly called the JLo Diamond Gown — that showed off the singer’s incredible abs.
Lopez later opted for a sleek black sequined look with long, straight hair to match, and then closed out the show in a plunging Defaïence gown accented with gold hardware.
