Elizabeth Hurley is celebrating her latest milestone in her birthday suit.
“Happy birthday to me! This year has already been a wild ride; my 30th year of working with the Estée Lauder Companies, my 30th year as the Global Ambassador of the @esteelaudercompanies Breast Cancer Campaign, the 20th anniversary of @elizabethhurleybeach and… I’m in love,” wrote Hurley, who went public with her relationship with Billy Ray Cyrus, 63, in April.
“Feeling very blessed and grateful for having the best friends & family in the world,” she added, writing that the photo was “taken this afternoon… in my birthday suit xxx.”
Damian, Hurley’s 23-year-old son with late ex Steve Bing, was among those who shared comments on Elizabeth’s birthday post. “Hahahah I LOVE YOU. happy birthday mama xxx,” he wrote.
In his own post, Damian wrote, “best friend forever. happy birthday mama xxx” alongside mother-son photos.
Cyrus showed affection for Hurley on his Instagram, sharing a smiling photo and writing, “Happy birthday to the love of my life.”
Hurley and Cyrus first met and became friends on the set of the 2022 movie Christmas in Paradise. Though they acknowledged feeling a spark at the time, Hurley and Cyrus did not speak for nearly two years after filming the movie — until she reached out to Cyrus after his May 2024 divorce from ex-wife Firerose. (Cyrus and Firerose’s marriage was dissolved in August 2024.)

Cyrus shares five kids with his ex-wife Tish: Brandi, Trace, Miley, Braison and Noah, plus son Christopher Cody with ex-girlfriend Kristin Luckey.
He and Hurley made their red carpet debut as a couple in Rome on May 24 for the opening of the Orizzonti/Rosso exhibition, staged by the Fondazione Valentino Garavani e Giancarlo Giammetti, at Palazzo Barberini.
Cyrus shared behind-the-scenes footage of the couple’s outing together that night on Instagram May 26 and referred to Hurley as “my beautiful girlfriend” in the caption.
When Hurley appeared at a a breast cancer research event May 13 and was asked by European news outlet RTL TV what she and the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer have in common, she said, “We are very happy, we both love country music, we both love the country, and we both love our kids. We’re happy together.”
