‘Dragon Girl’ Amber Luke Reveals Her Transformation and Tattoo Removal Journey
Australian model Amber Luke, famously known as the “Blue Eyes White Dragon,” has stunned fans by revealing photos of herself before her dramatic $250,000 transformation. Once calling herself a “plain Jane,” the 29-year-old from Brisbane has undergone hundreds of body modifications — including over 600 tattoos, split tongue, cheek fillers, and even blue dye injections into her eyeballs, which left her blind for three weeks.
Amber, who says her tattoos have “limited her employment options,” explained on Instagram that she began her transformation at 20 after realizing, “No matter what I did, society judged me anyway.” She added, “Everything happens for a reason, even if we don’t understand it until later.”
In August 2025, Amber announced she is now removing all 36 of her face tattoos, citing weight changes that distorted the designs. Despite past legal troubles and painful procedures, including filing her teeth into gold fangs, she says the journey has made her “extremely resilient.”
