Woman Says Social Media Banned Her Accounts Over Claims About Her Natural Body

Tianna Moon, 30, said users reported her posts after assuming her body was edited or AI-generated

A woman has shared how her social media accounts were temporarily suspended after people claimed her body was not real. She explained that many users believed her appearance had been created using artificial intelligence.

Tianna Moon, who is from East Anglia, lives with a rare medical condition called gigantomastia. This condition causes the breasts to grow rapidly and can lead to physical discomfort as well as challenges with body image.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, gigantomastia is a rare condition in which breast tissue becomes unusually large. It can lead to pain, infections, and difficulty with daily activities due to the weight and size.

The situation became more noticeable after Tianna lost around three stone while using Mounjaro. At her heaviest, she weighed 19 stone, but instead of her chest becoming smaller with weight loss, it continued to grow.

Doctors later confirmed that her size had increased from an L cup to an M cup, which led to her diagnosis with gigantomastia in 2024.

Even after losing an additional two stone, her condition continued to progress. Her size has now reached an OO cup, which has drawn even more attention online.

Tianna explained that her Instagram and Facebook accounts were temporarily removed after people began reporting her posts. Many assumed her appearance was not natural and accused her of using AI-generated images.

“Typical breasts have a high fat content. With gigantomastia, breast tissue is made up differently,” Tianna, who also works as an OnlyFans creator, said.

“Whether they’re seeing a change in my body – due to my weight loss after my gastric sleeve – rather than my breasts and thinking ‘they must be fake’.”

“They’ve said ‘Isn’t AI good’ or ‘nice to see you’ve AI’d them’, all on unedited pics. I just took the photo and uploaded because the lighting was good.”

Tianna joined OnlyFans in 2021 after an injury prevented her from continuing her previous work. Since then, she has built a steady income on the platform and now earns around $12000 per month.

“After Covid and furlough I decided I wanted to work for myself and be in charge, manage my own schedule and still make money,” she said.

“Most of the AI comments were from Facebook and some from Instagram but because they’re both run by Meta they’re both somewhat connected,” Tianna added.

“It took a couple of hours to get all of them back.”

“I have five Instagrams, some relatively new accounts and I lost them all at once for the exact same thing and thought, ‘that was odd’.”

“It’s not something I’ve come across or heard of before. I don’t really think there’s anything I can do. I’m open with my diagnosis about it and talk about it a lot.”

“If people are making assumptions based on a video that has popped up there’s nothing I can do apart from keeping talking about it.”

Meta responded to the situation by explaining how their moderation systems work. A spokesperson said: “Our policies apply to everyone and, while we always work to apply them as accurately and consistently as possible, no system is perfect and sometimes we make mistakes.”

“That’s why we offer the opportunity to appeal the decision if you think we’ve made a mistake – and you can now do this directly from the Account Status tool.”
