Jocelyn Wildenstein, nicknamed ‘Catwoman’ due to her excessive plastic surgery, sadly died on New Year’s Eve and her partner Lloyd Klein has now spoken out
Lloyd Klein has spoken out for the first time since his longtime partner Jocelyn Wildenstein died on New Year’s Eve.
The socialite, who was known as ‘Catwoman’ because of her excessive plastic surgery procedures, died at her home in Paris, France, after suffering from a pulmonary embolism, in which there is a blood clot in the lung that creates a blockage. Jocelyn died at the age of 84 while taking a nap.
Lloyd explained how they had laid down to sleep together and were looking forward to ringing in the new year after their rest. However, he woke up to find Jocelyn had sadly passed away.
“She died in her sleep very peacefully,” he said in a statement shortly after her death. Lloyd added, “We were having a nap and when I wake up, I said, ‘Jocelyn, we have to wake up, we have to get dressed,’ and she was cold and she was dead.”
