Tom Holland and Zendaya’s recent confessions about their future plans have fans swooning over this loving couple of Hollywood.
Hollywood’s It couple is once again making headlines, and for all the right reasons. For one that has been together since their onscreen chemistry had fans swooning since the Spider-Man film series, Tom Holland and Zendaya really have set the bar quite high with their relationship. And they ostensibly continue to do so with their recent set of confessions.

A young pair in love, the co-stars turned lovers recently stole the limelight once again when Holland confessed his plans to retire from his star-studded career as an actor at a certain point in time. And while this confession had quite a few fans confused to the core, Zendaya’s previous revelation about having kids might as well clear the air on this one.
Tom Holland is already getting candid about his acting retirement plans
The pair from Spider-Man: No Way Home seem like the one couple that has been together forever and is still as madly in love as ever, and fans shipping them wouldn’t want it any other way either. But how far would you go for love? Well, it seems like the fan-favorite web-slinger would go just far enough since he recently confessed that he would even retire when he starts a family.

In an interview with Men’s Health, Holland shed light on how he has had a jam-packed work schedule over the years, but also emphasized how that won’t be the case once he decides to start a family with the love of his life. He said:
When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore. [I will] golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the face of the earth.
While this painful yet wholesome confession comes in light of him admitting that he’s always looking for ways to remove himself from acting – to be able to lead a normal life more easily, Tom Holland‘s decision about this might as well have something to do with what his girlfriend, who previously had rumors flying about her and her Dune co-star, had to say about having kids.
This makes sense after considering what Zendaya said about having kids
Though the Uncharted actor’s revelation about retiring from acting wholeheartedly when he has kids might come as a blindsiding surprise to many who might be confused about where this is coming from, it gets clear while considering Zendaya‘s previous divulgence on this topic. Back then, she made it clear she wasn’t sure if she wanted her kids to face the toll of stardom.

Talking to Vogue, the Euphoria actress expressed how she grew up feeling like she had to say yes at all times “because you need to be grateful that you’re here.” But that seems to have changed now as she admitted that she realized that “I don’t actually have to perform all the time.”
To put it simply, it’s a matter of sustainability, how she can continue to make this business that she loves so dearly work for her, as she said:
Because I don’t necessarily want my kids to have to deal with this. And what does my future look like? Am I going to be a public-facing person forever?
That said, the 28-year-old stunner also shed light on how she wishes things to be once she decides to start a family with the love of her life, revealing that the dream scenario in her mind is being able to “make things and pop out when I need to pop out, and then have a safe and protected life with my family, and not be worried that if I’m not delivering something all the time, or not giving all the time, that everything’s going to go away.”
This confession inevitably makes it clear that both Holland and Zendaya have their eyes set on how they wish to spend the rest of their lives — together — especially after they ostensibly decide when to start a family that has equal love, time, and support from both of them. And that is exactly what cements them all the more of the It couple of Hollywood that they already are.
