A dog missing for nearly seven months was finally found in a New Jersey animal shelter. The owners had to find the kitten because the poor dog was injured and needed expensive treatment. After seven months of separation and a journey of nearly 80 miles, the injured dog was finally reunited with his owners.
Newsweek later reported that it was a very emotional moment and shared the video on social media. The dog’s name is Teddy and the incident happened in California. His previous owner abandoned him after he was injured and took him to a Los Angeles animal shelter.
But when Salvador Dela Monica, who lives in Washington, heard the poor dog’s story, he decided to adopt him in May 2021. A new life begins for Teddy. The dog was injured but safe and sound.
On January 23, 2022, Buddha Dog Rescue and Recovery posted a video and photos of this emotional encounter on their Facebook page.
Fortunately, there were no delays in donations. The required funds of $10,000 were quickly raised.
