Tire Repairmen’s Rescue Mission: Disabled Dog Seal Finds Forever Home in Heartfelt Adoption Tale

In February, tire repair workers Ozimar Queiroz and Lindomar Queiroz arrived at their shop in Porto Velho’s North Zone to find an unexpected visitor—a small, abandoned dog by the roadside.

The dog, unable to walk due to its front legs being turned backward, stirred compassion in Ozimar, affectionately called Galego.

He decided to care for the dog temporarily until a permanent home could be found. Despite twenty days passing, however, a new home had not yet been secured.

The repairmen named the dog “Seal” due to its resemblance to the animal in the way it moved.

Throughout the day, they would occasionally move the dog around, yet in his attempts to seek companionship, Seal would often drag himself through the mud to join a stray cat that lingered near the shop.

Lindomar shared with G1 that although the dog was gentle and clearly in need of veterinary attention, they lacked the means to provide it.
