“They Treated Me Like A Product, Not A Person… Like My Body Was Just A Marketing Tool,” Holly Willoughby Blasts In Explosive New Misogyny Row — With Bombshell Claims She Was Ordered To Go Braless On A Children’s Show To ‘Hook Male Viewers’ The Former Morning Host Says She Was “Humiliated, Cornered, And Told To Smile While They Stripped Away My Dignity,” As Insiders Reveal How TV Executives Allegedly Pushed Her Into Sexualizing Herself For Ratings. The Shocking Allegations Have Ignited A Firestorm, Exposing The Dark, Predatory Undercurrents Of The Entertainment Industry — And Leaving Viewers Wondering What Other Horrors Remain Hidden.

Holly Willoughby was advised against sporting a bra during her early years on kids TV.

Before Holly became a household name on This Morning, the TV icon presented alongside Stephen Mulhern on Ministry of Mayhem, and appeared in S Club TV – a children’s film by the sensational pop group S Club 7.

However, a friend close spoke to the Mail On Sunday about the not-so-innocent intent behind the demand, claiming: “Before I knew who Holly even was, I saw her without a bra on and asked a director who she was and why she was dressed like that.”

“I said she needs to get a bra on, it was children’s television. I reminded Holly of it sometime later and she said they made her not wear a bra, that the shows weren’t actually for children. It was pretty staggering that this was going on.”

Another source claimed: “Young women were told what they should wear and they didn’t say no. Like with a lot of other industries, television was run predominantly by men and young, pretty ambitious women were hired and they had to do as they were told,” reports OK!

Back in 2004, Holly began co-hosting Ministry of Mayhem, which eventually became known as Holly and Stephen’s Saturday Showdown, presenting an array of contests for eager boys and girls teams alongside Stephen Mulhern.

The programme, which had Holly Willoughby dashing about in a variety of get-ups including a cheeky French maid costume, aired for just over two years until 2006. It’s also the place where the telly star bumped into her future other half, Dan Baldwin, and the pair now have three children.

She was also the face of chart-topper show CD:UK before she stepped up to big-time gigs like Dancing On Ice and The X Factor’s sister show, The Xtra Factor. Chatting with Mail’s Live magazine back in 2019, Holly reminisced about her ‘wild’ days on kids’ telly.

“There were times when we went straight from the hotel bar to going live on air,” she spilled. “Everyone in children’s TV drinks until 5am. If you mess up, no one cares. It got a bit too wild when my breast popped out of my dress.”
