Sabrina Carpenter is not only carving out her own path as a chart-topping performer, but she’s doing it with style — strutting across the stage like she owns it during her ongoing Short n’ Sweet tour.
Whether it’s a rhinestone-encrusted outfit, sultry lace bodysuit or flirty babydoll dress, the pop star always serves up all of the Old Hollywood glamour.
Fans can now look forward to the singer bringing that sultry vibe when she combines forces with Taylor Swift on the final track of Swift’s 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, which the pop star announced on August 13. “I know someone who’s freaking out and it’s me,” Carpenter wrote via her Instagram Stories alongside a photo of the album cover after Swift shared the big news. (Carpenter previously opened for Swift on the Latin America, Australia and Singapore legs of her worldwide Eras Tour.)

Sparkle and Shine
When it comes to making a fashion statement, Carpenter always delivers. The “Manchild” hitmaker got pulses racing in a sultry silver bodysuit featuring her signature lipstick mark with jeweled thigh-high garters while performing at the Barclays Center in September 2024 in New York City.

Bedazzled to the Nines
Carpenter oozed confidence while clad in a shimmering diamond-shaped black top with silver accents paired with a matching skirt custom made by Ludovic de Saint Sernin. She completed her Swarovski crystal-adorned ensemble with sky-high boots that had a bright red heart design. “A HUGE thank you to @jaredellner and his amazing team, thank you so much to @michaelschmidtstudios for helping us making it all come to life and thank you so much @swarovski for your support always!” the designer wrote on Instagram.

Style Throwback
Carpenter spilled to Vogue that the babydoll dresses she wore on tour were inspired by none other than Brigitte Bardot, and the famous girls’ sleepover scene in the beloved movie Grease. Her velvety white pumps, voluminous curls and bold makeup tied the look together flawlessly. Her stylist said it was a way to show the “girlies getting ready.”

Comfort and Appeal
“I remember being so excited when I was like, I’m gonna get to wear a baby doll on stage ’cause it feels like pajamas. Like, it’s so comfortable,” Carpenter gushed to Vogue, as illustrated when she sang in her sheer, teal number. “So when I throw that on over the corset, I have no insecurities, no like thoughts about anything ’cause I’m just so comfortable in those little dresses.”

Seductive Chic
And who can forget when she wowed in her custom Patou black lace capri catsuit with a bright blue bow front and center? The opera lace gloves and crystal black Mary Janes were the perfect final touches that gave her all of the star power she needed to perform.
