Zach Top’s Girlfriend, Amelia Taylor, Speaks Out After Receiving Online Harassment
Zach Top’s girlfriend, Amelia Taylor, is breaking her silence after facing waves of online harassment and false rumors about her relationship with the rising country star.
In a heartfelt new TikTok video, Taylor addressed the emotional toll that comes with dating someone in the public eye, reminding fans that she’s “a human being with real feelings” — not just a name attached to a celebrity.
“I think I learn something new about myself on here every day,” she began. “I thought I’d address this in a subtle manner since everyone is so curious.”
While Taylor didn’t name anyone directly, she made it clear that much of what’s being said about her online simply isn’t true — including speculation about her age, how she and Top met, and unverified accusations of infidelity.
“I’m not 19. I’ve never been anyone’s mistress. I didn’t meet my boyfriend when I was in high school,” she clarified.
“Being With Someone in the Public Eye Doesn’t Cancel Out Humanity”
Taylor revealed that the rumors have gone far beyond gossip — sharing that she’s received death threats, suicide wishes, and assault threats since her relationship with Top became public.
“Being with someone in the public eye doesn’t cancel out the fact that I’m human with real human feelings,” she said.
She also addressed a previous TikTok post that stirred controversy, in which she called out fans holding “wild texts” on signs at Zach’s shows. The caption read, “We need a lesson on self-respect,” which led to mixed reactions before she disabled the comments.
“I specifically meant the signs that are self-degrading to the beautiful girls holding them up — and objectifying another human simply because of his talent,” she explained.
Choosing Grace Over Hate
Taylor went on to urge followers to show empathy, reminding them that what’s said online often doesn’t reflect reality.
“Everything we read on the internet isn’t always true,” she said. “Disliking another human is fine — differing opinions make the world go round. But death threats and suicide wishes are not okay.”
She promised to block anyone sending hate and ended with a message of kindness:
“Learn to love. It makes life a lot more enjoyable.”
Life in the Spotlight
Taylor and Top made their red carpet debut at the 58th Annual CMA Awards in November 2024 and have since become a familiar sight on the country circuit. She often joins him on tour, documenting life on the road with behind-the-scenes glimpses for fans.
The couple recently attended the 2025 ACM Awards, where Zach joked about how his spontaneous outfit choices sometimes drive Amelia crazy:
“I think my girlfriend gets tired of me ‘cause I say like, ‘alright, let’s wear this,’” he laughed. “Then a week before it’s, ‘maybe I want to wear this instead.’ She’s a wonderful woman and puts up with a lot of grief for me.”
Despite the challenges of public scrutiny, Amelia’s message is clear: behind the glamour, the rumors, and the social media noise, she’s just a person navigating love, life, and the spotlight — one day at a time.
