Serbian glamour model Natasha Crown, 29, has reportedly spent over £111,000 on cosmetic procedures in her quest to achieve what she calls “the world’s biggest behind.” Standing at 6 feet 1 inch tall, Natasha has undergone five Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs), several breast augmentations, and Botox treatments. However, it’s her “before” photos that have recently gone viral online, sparking debate. Many social media users argue that she looked more attractive before undergoing surgery.
Natasha says her interest in plastic surgery began in her teenage years. “When I was 17, I saw a girl with a really big behind, and I was sold,” she recalled. Her first procedure, at age 20, marked the beginning of a dramatic transformation—from an athletic teenager to what she now describes as a “curvy goddess.” She claims to have gained over 100 pounds in her lower body alone to achieve her current look. “I love having big curves. Everything needs to be big,” she states.
But these physical changes have brought daily challenges. Natasha says she often struggles with simple activities—she needs two seats when flying and frequently bumps into people in restaurants. She also admits that her appearance can be intimidating: “My body shape scares men.” Despite the difficulties, Natasha says she has no regrets and remains passionate about cosmetic surgery. “I don’t have any concerns about my health,” she insists. “People online can be cruel, but their comments don’t affect me.”

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, BBLs have one of the highest mortality rates among cosmetic surgeries due to complications like fat embolism—a serious condition where fat enters the bloodstream and blocks vital organs. Other risks include tissue necrosis (the death of injected fat) and poor aesthetic outcomes due to overfilling.
Natasha’s story illustrates the extremes some individuals go to in the pursuit of beauty. While she remains committed to her body goals and unapologetic about her choices, her experience also serves as a cautionary example of the risks and long-term consequences of extreme cosmetic enhancement.
