Rather than letting a diagnosis define him, Noah Wiese used his strengths and mindset to overcome obstacles and build a career.
Wiese, who was diagnosed with autism in sixth grade, was told by doctors and counselors he couldn’t achieve full independent success, according to Cedarville administrators.
But Wiese, of Minnetonka, Minnesota, graduated from Cedarville University in 2024, works as the marketing director for two Chick-fil-A locations in Dublin and is growing his own branding business called Contagious Creative.
He started the business in 2025 to help people strengthen how they professionally present themselves online through résumés, LinkedIn banners, email newsletter templates and other custom visual media.
“The mission of Contagious Creative is to make people as contagious as possible,” Wiese said. “I help others do that through a suite of visual assets to build their personal brand. I use design to help people get their names out there, gain a competitive edge, accelerate that next career step or clinch that promotion.”
He said he chose the name Contagious Creative for two reasons. “I started the business to be a contagious vehicle for Christ, sharing the name of Jesus however directly or indirectly that may be. But I also wanted to create visuals that are contagious, that don’t just do the job but that are eye-catching, clean, bold and visually tell a story,” Wiese said.
While handling his responsibilities at Chick-fil-a, Weise has already helped four people strengthen their personal brands and expand their professional visibility.
