ST.Memphis Police Department searching for Autistic teen missing since Sunday

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis Police Department is searching for an Autistic teenager who has been missing since Sunday.

MPD said 18-year-old Amiya Ingram left Ketchum Place on foot on Sunday, and was contacted on Facebook Messenger on Monday, but has not been heard from since. They said Ingram has an Android phone that only supports Facebook.

Memphis Police said Ingram has been diagnosed with Autism and has the mind of a 10-year-old. She stands about 5’6″ tall and weighs roughly 135 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black bonnet on her head and a white graduation cap with gold/black writing saying “Class of 2026 Sheffield.”
