ST. Pine Bluff police locate missing child, arrest father for custody interference

The Pine Bluff Police Department has located the missing child and taken the father into custody.

PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Update: Pine Bluff Police have located Denver Harris Jr and have taken Denver Harris Sr into custody.

The Pine Bluff Police Department is searching for a missing child, Denver Harris Jr., who is believed to be with his father, who does not have visitation rights.

On May 21, officers responded to a missing child complaint at an apartment complex on South Fir Street. During the investigation, officials learned that the child had reportedly been taken to Little Rock by his father, Denver Harris Sr., without permission.

The child’s mother informed officers that Denver Harris Sr. does not have visitation rights and stated her concern for the child’s safety.

Denver Harris Sr. is currently wanted in connection with an interference with a child custody investigation involving a missing juvenile. Detectives believe he may be in the Little Rock area.
