A few months later, they welcomed little Joel, Hannah, and Elizabeth into the world without any complications. Just a week after their arrival, Sarah and Andy received even more astonishing news.
In an instant, the couple who once thought they would have a small family found themselves on the brink of a much larger one… and they were absolutely thrilled.
After enduring a long and difficult journey to parenthood, they had initially believed they would only be able to adopt one or two children.
In 2014, they were overjoyed when they decided to adopt a pregnant woman’s triplets.
The triplets—Joel, Hannah, and Elizabeth—were born extremely premature and faced significant challenges in their early days.
They needed to remain in the neonatal intensive care unit for some time before they were able to return home.
The Justices were absolutely thrilled to have them.
Just a week after the arrival of the triplets, Sarah received some fantastic news from her OB/GYN.
During a doctor’s visit shortly after the triplets were born, she learned something incredible.
Sarah was pregnant at last — and she was expecting twins!
In an instant, she and her husband transformed from a childless couple with little hope of having kids to a family of five, with two more on the way.
Around eight months later, twins Abigail and Andrew made their debut, resulting in a wonderfully bustling household.
The story of the Justice family continued in an unexpected way. Remarkably, Sarah found herself pregnant once more, this time with one baby.
When their sixth child, Caleb, arrived, it was astonishing to think that just two years had passed since they had no children at all.
This truly illustrates the importance of holding on to your dreams and never losing hope.
Life often takes unexpected twists, leading you to find exactly what you’ve always desired. In this instance, it resulted in a large and beautiful family.
The family’s remarkable journey gained international attention. In 2014, the Justices appeared on the TODAY show, sharing glimpses into their hectic daily lives.
At that time, they went through an astonishing 300 diapers each week, as dad Andy humorously noted:
“Just when you finish changing one diaper, it’s time to begin the process again.”
Despite the challenges and effort involved, the couple has no regrets.
“We truly cherish having these children,” Sarah expressed.

Recently, the triplets—Joel, Hannah, and Elizabeth—celebrated their sixth birthday.
Today, the family continues to radiate gratitude and positivity!
